Joann, I am very pleased to let you know that once again Dennis went the extra mile for us. In over 10 years I have never met anyone that is so customer focused! With no disrespect in these difficult economic times any conscientious consumer will try to get the most bang for their buck as you know I looked around. As mentioned prior I have been loyal to Village Chrysler Jeep and your staff undoubtedly values their customers as well! Note that Dennis was in consistent contact with me communicating routinely and instilling confidence all the time that he could get me the Jeep I wanted and within my budget. Not only did Dennis perform to and meet my expectattions, he continues to exceed them! Being active in Royal Oak and the Shrine community I come in contact with a lot of people. Needless to say I will get the word out on how genuinely customer focused the staff of Village Chrysler Jeep truly are! I would be remissed if I failed to mention Bob & Doug in service as well. Being a businees professional I take tremendous pride in customer service. I must mention I am one pleased customer and assure you Dennis will be handling my wifes Jeep pursuits in a few months! .....please consider the dealer that I recently got my 2003 Pontiac Montana from.  They're wonderful there and treated me like a queen. I had no means of transportation, so on Monday, they picked me up at my home in Lincoln Park, drove me to my credit union to fill out paperwork and waited 20 minutes or so and then drove me back to Royal Oak to pick up my new vehicle. I will also get free oil changes every 5,000 miles.  They have a 99-point inspection for all vehicles.  I was very impressed with them and would highly recommend them.
